Application procedures

Provincial Colours
The individual archer must complete the Provincial Colours application form and forward it together with a record of the scores (score cards) obtained during a cycle, to the WCIFAA secretary.

Nominations for Provincial Colours shall be tabled at a Provincial meeting for final votes by all the Provincial Committee members.

Once finalized, the secretary will notify the applicant and SANIFAA of all the approvals for record keeping and publication in the SA Archer.

National Colours
The Provincial Association (WCIFAA) will complete an application form for each archer that qualifies for National Colours.

These application forms will be forwarded to SANIFAA together with a record of the scores (score cards) obtained over the past year/cycle.

SANIFAA will verify the information on the application with the information as on the Database and prepare a name list for the SANIFAA Committee for approval.

The SANIFAA Committee will study all the applications thoroughly and vote on each individual application.
The names of the recipients will be published in the SA Archer and the National Colours will be awarded at an appropriate event.
